Did you notice? Presented (in part) by…Star Stuff Scallywags! We are all stoked to have the opportunity to be part of Fred Falke’s first ever Denver appearance with some of our closest friends at TheHundred, Concerted Effort, and Life Music Fun!  This LIVE set will take place on September 8th 2012 at Summit Music Hall. I am proud to say that we will be graced by a set from our very own Collin McKenna!!

Not only will this be an epic event, but it celebrates two years of StarStuffScallywags.com – it’s amazing to see how we have grown and hope to bring you all more amazing music, pictures, videos, stories, and whatever else we decide to do in the future! COME CELEBRATE WITH US!!!

Some info on Mr. Falke: He is a french filter house legend and in demand remixer all the way from France. He’s been known to “slappa tha basss” whilst djing adding an element of live instrumentation that makes his sets truly one of a kind. That said (even if you’re not particularly familiar with him)…you’re in for a treat Saturday night – just think an artist with amazing production since the late 1990’s,  collaborator and remixer of songs from artists such as Little BootsGossipU2AnnieGrizzly BearUffieLadyhawkeFlorrieLykke LiLa Roux among others, a crew of dance fanatics and party people that bring you ‘TheHundred’ monthly dance parties, and your favorite Scallywag crew.  This will be a night to remember!

If you’d like to learn a little bit more about the man check out the preview our brothers over at Concerted Effort whipped up here.

RSVP HERE and hit us up for tickets via e-mail or Facebook! Only $15 each!

The more I listen to his mixes the more excited I get for this event!
